it's not just about coming out.   it's about being gay, knowing someone who is gay, and how we treat each other because of it.

it's about feeling safe  -  it's about feeling good  -  it's about being proud of them  -  it's about them being proud of you.

it doesn't really matter how you define it.  coming out means many things to many different people.
